RecOverflow provides payment recovery services for SaaS companies, including but not limited to:
- Automated payment retry systems
- Customer communication management
- Payment method monitoring and alerts
- Recovery analytics and reporting
- Integration with billing and CRM systems
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- All activities that occur under your account
- Maintaining the security of your password
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

8. Service Availability
8.1 Uptime
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any such modifications or discontinuations.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9.2 Limitation of Damages
In no event shall RecOverflow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RecOverflow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to our data retention policies.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RecOverflow regarding our services.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through our services. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Special Terms for Enterprise Customers

16.3 Custom Integrations
Enterprise customers may have access to custom integrations and features not available to standard customers.
